Scott has been involved in various Appellate Division matters, including:

  • Leotsakos v. Leotsakos, 2007 WL 2066506 (securing the reversal of a trial court decision concerning the interpretation of a marital settlement agreement and the allocation of college costs)
  • Wichard v. Wichard, 2008 WL 4876125 (successfully defending an appeal of the trial court’s post-judgment modification of child support)
  • Bove v. Bove, 2009 WL 1011233 (successfully defending against an appeal of the trial court’s award of counsel fees in connection with post-judgment divorce litigation)
