  • Leotsakos v. Leotsakos, 2007 WL 2066506 (securing the reversal of a trial court decision concerning the interpretation of a marital settlement agreement and the allocation of college costs)
  • Wichard v. Wichard, 2008 WL 4876125 (successfully defending an appeal of the trial court’s post-judgment modification of child support)
  • Bove v. Bove, 2009 WL 1011233 (successfully defending against an appeal of the trial court’s award of counsel fees in connection with post-judgment divorce litigation)
  • Khan v. Rajput, 2010 WL 520482 (successfully defending against an appeal of the trial court’s award of custody to father, and compulsion of mother to return children from Pakistan to father in New Jersey)
